Health is an elusive state of mind where physical infirmity and disease are absent. It is essential to live a healthy life for proper sustenance and growth of the individual. A well-balanced and fit life style needs a healthy body as well as mental fitness.

This approach of public health emphasizes on promoting healthy living as a lifestyle choice.
